Skipwith Common – 18/05/2019

An overcast afternoon with still conditions. Temperature around 13 degrees C.

Several highlights on this short visit to the Common, Emperor Moth Saturnia pavonia was the main target with four males noted. The other main highlight was Leafhopper Ledra aurita, found on Oak, possibly a species new to Yorkshire.
